Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tariffs Reclaim website, account area, dashboard, and related document-support services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Effective date: July 14, 2026
1. The service
Tariffs Reclaim provides a platform and document-support workflow for users operating in the United States who may be seeking assistance with customs and tariff-refund documentation. The service may include account creation, document collection, review, audit information, filing-package preparation, dashboard delivery, and refund-progress tracking.
Unicargo is a program partner that may assist with customs documentation and filing-package preparation. BDO is a service provider providing the oversight services described on the website. Each party is responsible for its own role, and references to a partner or service provider do not mean that the service is provided by a government agency or endorsed by CBP, the courts, or any other government entity.
2. Eligibility and your responsibilities
To use the service, you agree that:
- You are operating in the United States and have a US bank account for any applicable refund payment.
- You are authorized to act for the business or importer whose information and documents you provide.
- The information and documents you submit are accurate, complete, current, and lawfully obtained.
- You will not submit false, altered, unauthorized, or misleading documents or information.
- You will review requested actions and deadlines and respond in a timely manner.
- You will protect your account, login links, and access credentials and promptly tell us about unauthorized access.
3. Document review and results
The audit and document-support workflow is intended to help organize and review information. It does not guarantee that a claim is eligible, that a filing will be accepted, that a refund will be issued, or that any particular amount will be recovered.
Refund eligibility, filing requirements, decisions, and processing times may depend on entry records, applicable law, government procedures, and information supplied by you. We may request additional documents or decline to continue a matter where the information is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized, or unsuitable for the service.
4. No legal, tax, or government advice
The service is not legal, tax, accounting, customs, or government advice. Tariffs Reclaim is not a government agency and does not control CBP or any court, agency, payment provider, or other third party. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
5. Free audit and fees
The initial audit described on the website is provided without a payment requirement. Any service fee will be shown before payment and may change for future users or services.
If the applicable tariff refund is not issued within one year after the relevant service payment, Tariffs Reclaim will return the applicable service fee. This policy does not promise that a refund will be issued, and it does not change the responsibility of users to provide accurate information, cooperate with reasonable requests, and comply with applicable requirements.
Payments are processed by external payment providers. Their terms, availability, and payment-processing policies also apply.
6. Acceptable use and fraud prevention
You may not use the service to submit false or unauthorized information, impersonate another person or organization, access another user’s account, interfere with the service, evade security controls, commit fraud, violate law, or assist another person in doing so.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, decline to process documents, withhold action, or cooperate with lawful investigations when we reasonably believe there is fraud, misconduct, unauthorized use, a security risk, or a legal or regulatory concern.
7. Your documents and our materials
You retain your rights in documents and information that you submit. You grant us and the relevant service providers a limited permission to access, use, store, reproduce, and share that material as reasonably needed to provide, secure, administer, and improve the service or comply with law.
The website, dashboard, software, design, text, templates, reports, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Tariffs Reclaim and may not be copied, resold, reverse-engineered, or misused without permission. Filing materials are provided for the relevant user’s business and claim workflow.
8. Third-party services
The service may depend on third-party services, including payment, authentication, email, hosting, analytics, storage, customs, and government systems. We are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, decisions, policies, or changes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the service, including pricing and availability, at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and materials are provided on an as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee eligibility, refund amount, government acceptance, filing outcome, processing time, uninterrupted availability, or a particular business result. Nothing in these Terms limits a promise expressly made in the fee-refund section above.
11. Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tariffs Reclaim and its owners, personnel, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Tariffs Reclaim for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. These limitations do not apply where they cannot legally apply, including certain liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or non-excludable statutory rights.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse Tariffs Reclaim and its personnel, partners, and service providers for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unauthorized use of the service, violation of these Terms, fraud, misconduct, or submission of unlawful or unauthorized information.
13. Termination and survival
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms. Provisions concerning fees, documents, acceptable use, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and any other provision intended by its nature to continue will survive termination.
14. General terms
These Terms, together with any service-specific terms presented before payment, form the agreement governing your use of the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means that you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@tariffsreclaim.com.
